From mic to multilingual audience — in 90 seconds.
A real walkthrough: speaker ingest, AI translation, and three ways your guests receive the result. Filmed on location at a live event.

One speaker, every language, in real time.
Three steps from microphone to multilingual audience. Set up once before the event — then forget it's running.
Speaker talks normally
Your speaker uses the existing mic. Your audio engineer feeds the main-out into our browser ingest — no extra hardware on stage.
AI transcribes & translates
Our European AI converts speech to text, applies your custom dictionary, and translates into every language you've enabled — sub-second.
Guests listen or read
Attendees scan a QR code or grab a silent-disco headset. Captions appear on stage screens, audio plays in their ear — in any of 116 languages.
From a 50-person panel to a 5,000-seat keynote.
Conferences, corporate kick-offs, trade fairs, product launches, hybrid livestreams and panel discussions — if your event has international guests, we handle the language layer.
Book a 15-minute demoFrom any source, to any listener.
Bring in whatever audio your venue produces — a smartphone in your hand or the multi-channel main feed of a broadcast console. Send the live translation out via three channels, used together or separately.
Audio in — how you feed the system
Smartphone as microphone
Open the browser, hit record — your phone becomes the session's mic. Need more reach? Pair a RØDE Wireless GO or DJI Mic to cover panelists and the room.
- Browser-based
- RØDE / DJI compatible
- Up to 2 channels
Mixing console out
Route the main-out of any FOH or broadcast console straight into our web platform. Mic-level, line-level or AES — we accept the signal and translate it in real time.
- XLR / Line / AES
- Browser ingest
- Multi-speaker ready
Audio out — how guests tune in
Smartphone & earbuds
Attendees scan a QR code, choose their language and follow along in their browser — live captions plus natural-voice audio, no app install.
- Text + audio
- QR access
- No install
Monitor on stage
Project full-width subtitles onto LED walls, confidence monitors or any HDMI display. Optimized for legibility from the back row.
- Stage typography
- Language switch
- HDMI / SDI / NDI
Silent-disco headphones
Wireless receivers per attendee. Each listener picks a language channel right on the headset — perfect for high-end venues where audio quality matters most.
- Up to 32 channels
- Low latency RF
- Plug & play rental
The whole live-language layer, done for you.
Booking interpreters for every language doesn't scale; hybrid audiences expect captions; sponsors and regulators expect accessibility; and the recording has to live on after the event. One platform handles every angle of multilingual delivery before, during and after — no booth rental, no recording crew, no procurement marathon.
Smartphone access for guests
QR code at the seat. Guests open the browser, pick a language, listen and read. No app install, no login.
Captions on stage & stream
Project live subtitles onto LED walls, confidence monitors or the livestream overlay. Stage-grade typography included.
Audio translation for headsets
Run silent-disco receivers or in-ear monitors. Each listener chooses a channel right on the device.
Custom dictionary
Upload speakers, brands, product names and jargon ahead of time. The system gets them right on the first try.
Transcript & reuse
After the event you get a clean, multi-language transcript — ready for clips, recaps, social posts and accessibility reports.
European & GDPR-compliant
Hosted in the EU by VIDEO.TAXI. No data leaves European infrastructure — sign-off-ready for legal and IT.
Supported languages for real-time audio translation
All 116 languages and regional variants we currently support — from broadcast newsrooms to international government meetings.

Everything you need to sign it off.
How fast is the translation?
Caption appears within ~210 ms of the spoken word; full sentences land in 2–5 seconds depending on language pair. Guests perceive it as real time.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. Guests scan a QR code at their seat, the browser opens with the language picker. No app, no login, no friction. iOS and Android.
Can we run it with silent-disco headphones?
Yes. We provide audio outputs your AV partner can route into any silent-disco or in-ear monitor system. Each language is its own channel.
Can it be added to a livestream?
Yes. Captions overlay on YouTube Live, Vimeo, Restream and most pro encoders. Translated audio can be sent as a separate language track.
How many languages are supported?
116 spoken languages and regional variants, including all major European, Asian and Arabic dialects. You enable only the ones your event needs.
How do you handle names and technical terms?
Upload a custom dictionary before the event: speaker names, brand names, product SKUs, industry jargon. The system learns them and applies them across every language.
Is it GDPR-compliant?
Yes. We're a European provider operated by TV1/VIDEO.TAXI (Germany). All processing happens on EU servers; no audio leaves European infrastructure. DPA available on request.
What do you need from us before the event?
A line-out from your mixing console (or a smartphone if you prefer), the languages you want, your speakers and a dictionary if you have one. We test together a week before the event.
Make your next event multilingual.
15 minutes is all we need. We'll walk you through the platform with your speakers, your venue and your languages — and tell you straight whether we're the right fit.
